Blow Moulding
In addition to manufacturing automotive products, we specialise in producing bespoke blow moulded containers with capacities between 0.5 litres and 30 litres.
These include agricultural and horticultural products, including knapsack spray tanks.
We have specialised in low volume projects and production for many years. We are therefore happy to develop and manufacture components irrespective of volumes. Production runs typically range from 50 to 150,000 pieces.
We have the expertise to assist with product development and procurement of tooling and fulfil any assembly and testing requirements.
Custom Blow Moulding Solutions
We offer capacity on a Petall HC75 accumulator head blow moulding machine and a continuous extrusion blow moulding machine made by JWZ -BM05 single station hybrid
We have two Blow Moulding Controls Limited leak decay testing machines and develop fixtures and test programmes for customer requirements
